Refund & Cancellation Policy
We try our best to make sure that you get your order within 60 minutes of placing it. It’s important that you remain at the delivery address you’ve given us to receive your order. If you’re not in to receive your order the delivery driver may try to call you. We are not able to refund for delivery orders as all of our food is freshly cooked and we can’t resell it.
Sometimes there may be reasons outside of our control that mean we can’t deliver your order within our targeted delivery time. Please check the progress of your order on the order status page. In the rare event that delivery is seriously delayed we may have to cancel your order. We will of course notify you of this and ensure that you are given a full refund.
We use third party delivery specialists to deliver orders from our restaurants to your door. Our delivery services partners have been hand-picked to provide the best possible service. Delivery drivers will only deliver to the main door/reception when delivering to apartment blocks, flats or hotels, so please make sure you come to meet them there.
Click & Collect
Orders placed for collection must be collected at your selected time slot. If you fail to collect your order within 20 minutes of your time slot, your order will be marked as abandoned. We do not provide a refund for cancelled or abandoned orders as food is freshly cooked and we can't resell it.
In the event that your order is not as expected, please contact us via the delivery platform on which you placed your order. If your order was placed on this website, please contact the local restaurant directly using the information on your confirmation email. We will do our utmost to identify and rectify your order issue, whether this is with a replacement, gift card, refund or partial refund.
